Collaboration Without the Chaos

Inside the village, documents are alive. You can write, edit, comment, and collaborate with others — all inside your browser. No software to install, no files to email back and forth.

The village uses two document tools:

  • Collabora — built into your Nextcloud files. Click any document and it opens for editing.
  • OnlyOffice Workspace — at projects.mycomputertherapy.com — for project-level collaboration with tasks, milestones, and shared folders.

How Version History Works

Every time you save, a version is kept. You can always go back. Click the clock icon on any file in Nextcloud to see its history. Nothing is permanently lost by accident.

How Comments Work

In a shared document, you can highlight text and leave a comment. Others will see it. This is how feedback happens — calmly, in context, without a meeting.

Nothing Breaks If You Try

This is important: you cannot break a document by opening it. You cannot break someone else's work by looking at it. Version history protects everything. So explore freely.

Small step: Open any document in your Nextcloud files. Just open it. That is the whole task.
